02Why is there no speed indicator when using the Wet Mop attachment?

In mop mode, REN PRO runs at a fixed 100W power. Speed adjustment is disabled, and the indicator will not appear on the display.

03My REN PRO is not working. What should I do?

This may be due to a blocked air duct or a clogged HEPA filter. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the user guide to identify and resolve common issues.
