Refund policy

At Nuuk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

Return Eligibility: 

The return eligibility of a product is mentioned on the product page and varies by product type. There are 3 types of products and return conditions:

  • 7 Day Return: Products which say 7 Day Return are eligible for no questions asked returns and will be approved instantly. The refund will be done after a quality inspection that ensures that all parts of the product and package are received back in good condition and intact.
  • 7 Day Return (Unused Only): These products will say 7 Day Return (If Unused) on the product page. These are products that have to meet certain hygiene standards and cannot be refurbished and resold by us under any condition. This covers food product, vacuums, some garment care products. This is because we maintain the highest safety standards and we do not ship any used products to any customers. So for these products, we will be able to accept a return only in case the product has not been used. The refund will be done after a quality inspection that ensures that all parts of the product and package are received back in good condition and intact.

    • Applies to BRISK, DRIP, KRUSH, REN GO, REN BEAM, REN PRO, and RIZZ.
    • These products must meet strict hygiene standards and cannot be refurbished or resold once used.
    • We maintain the highest safety standards – every customer receives a product that is 100% unused.
    • Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used at all.
    • Refunds are processed after a quality check confirms all parts and packaging are intact.
    • For REN PRO, we will assess the returned product. Any used or missing parts will be deducted from the refund value.
    • This ensures you receive the fairest possible refund while upholding our hygiene promise.
  • Non-Returnable:  In case no return period is mentioned on the product page, the product is not returnable. In case the product mentioned returnable if unused only, the approval of the return will be determined basis that specific condition. Personalised products are also be non-returnable.

Any product that has been personalised is non-returnable under any condition. In case of damaged/ wrong product received in case of personalisation, we will pick up the original product and send a replacement.

Return Period: You may return any item you purchased from Nuuk within 7 days of receiving your original order.

Return Conditions and Process:

  1. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.

    Products that have been altered, used, damaged or have missing accessories will be taken up on a case to case basis and may be refunded partially or via store credit in case of failed quality inspection..

  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please use the link https://nuuk.in/apps/return_prime

  3. Return Shipping: Once your return request is accepted, our courier partner will come to pick up the return order from you. A return shipping charge of 5% may be deducted from the refund amount. 

  4. Return of Personalised Products: No returns will be processed for personalised orders under any circumstances. In case of delivery failures, reshipment will be attempted. In the situation of product or packaging damage or any defect, the product will be picked up for inspection and undergo repair and be reshipped. Refund of personalised products will not be processed.

  5. Refunds: After we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

    In the case of a Cash on Delivery order, the refund will be issued to the bank details you mention during your return request. You will receive a payout link once the product has been inspected. You need to input your details in the payout link for the refund to be processed. The refund process may take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies. Any COD Fee or shipping fee charged on COD orders in non-refundable.A return shipping fee of 5% may be deducted from the refund amount. 

  6. Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order please email us at care@nuuk.in with your order details.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
