The NUUK SERV MAX is a multi-cook electric kettle that cooks, steams and boils, so one product handles noodles, soups, eggs, dumplings, rice and more. Its 700W EvenHeat coil heats evenly with no hotspots, while the SteelTech SUS304 inner pot is food grade and rust proof. The 1.3L extra-large capacity cooks a full meal in one go, and SERV WARM™ holds food at 65°C till you are ready to eat. A toughened, shatter proof glass lid lets you watch every boil, and the cool touch body and handle let you serve straight off the heat. With boil dry protection, auto cut off and a silicone port cover, it is backed by a 1 year warranty plus 6 months extended protection.

What can I cook in SĒRV MAX?

SĒRV MAX is made for much more than boiling water. You can use it for noodles, pasta, eggs, soups, slow cooking and more. Add the SteamTray™ to steam foods like vegetables, dim sums and eggs.

How many packets of Maggi can I cook at once?

You can cook 3-4 packets in a single boil, enough to sort out the whole room in one go. Just add the noodles, water, and tastemaker together, and you've got a full batch ready in minutes.

Can I boil milk in SĒRV MAX?

Yes, use Heat Level 1 for milk-based drinks and anything that needs gradual, controlled heating.

How is SĒRV MAX different from a regular electric kettle?

A regular kettle is primarily designed to boil water. SĒRV MAX is a 1.3L multi-cook kettle with two cooking modes plus SĒRV Warm, so you can boil, cook, steam and keep your food warm in one product.

What are the three cooking modes?

SĒRV Warm: maintains your food or drink at serving temperature. Heat Level 1 – 350W: gradual heating for gentle cooking. Heat Level 2 – 700W: faster heating for boiling and quick cooking.

Does SĒRV MAX automatically turn off?

Yes. It has automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection. It stops heating once the selected mode reaches its highest temperature, and switches off if there is too little or no water inside.

Can I wash SĒRV MAX?

Yes, and it's easy. Hand-wash the inner pot with a little dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge. For the outside, a quick wipe with a soft, damp cloth is all it needs. Just remember to fit the splash-proof port cover before you start, so the electrical input stays safe and dry.

Is the lid washable?

Yes. The toughened glass lid can be hand-washed with dishwashing liquid, rinsed and then completely dried before use or storage.

Is SĒRV MAX travel-friendly?

It has a detachable power cord and weighs approximately 825g, making it convenient to carry for stays away from home. It still requires a compatible 230V AC, 50Hz electrical supply.

What does SĒRV Warm do?

Once your meal is ready, switch to SĒRV Warm and the heater automatically cycles ON and OFF to keep your food warm until you’re ready to eat.

What power socket should I use?

How do I clean food stuck inside the kettle?
