Once the order is placed, the shipping details get confirmed in our system. If you notice a mistake, don’t stress, we can help you cancel the order so you can place a fresh one with the correct address. Just write to us at care@nuuk.in with your order details and we’ll sort it out.
The moment your order ships, we send you a tracking link on both your registered email and WhatsApp, so you can follow your package every step of the way. To find it Just type “Nuuk” in your inbox search to quickly locate our chat and the tracking details.
Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 3–5 business days. Exact timing can vary a little depending on where you’re located and local logistics movement.
We don't offer international shipping just yet! We're keeping it local for now.

To get a GST invoice, ensure to enter your GST number during checkout and complete the GST verification step before placing your order and you should be good to go!
Our delivery partner may call before delivery, sometimes from a business number that looks like spam. If the call isn’t answered, the order may be returned. If you miss a call, another delivery attempt is usually made.

We do not operate through physical service centres. Instead, we handle support directly at our Nuuk quality lab. If you ever face an issue, we first connect you with our product specialist for virtual troubleshooting. If it’s something that cannot be resolved remotely, we arrange a pickup from your address, get the product serviced, and deliver it back to you once completed.
Here’s how it works:
- You can raise a service request by filling out the Report a Product Issue form: https://nuuk.in/pages/report-an-issue.
- Our product specialist first connects with you virtually to understand and troubleshoot the issue.
- If servicing is required, pickup is arranged within 24–48 hours. Inspection and repair typically take 5–7 working days, followed by 3–5 working days for return delivery, depending on your pin code.

We offer a 7-day return window on products purchased from the NUUK website. A few exceptions apply for Kitchen, Cleaning and Garment care items. Read the full policy here: https://nuuk.in/policies/refund-policy
Here’s how the return process works:
- Once your request is raised, a delivery partner will contact you within 1–2 working days to arrange the pickup. Please pack the product securely in its original (or similar protective) packaging to avoid transit damage.
- Once it reaches us, we carry out a quick Quality Check to make sure everything’s good to go.
- If it’s all there, your refund will be on its way!
For purchases made through third-party marketplaces, the entire transaction, including payment, invoicing, returns, and refunds, is managed directly by the marketplace itself. Since we don’t have access to the order’s payment or transaction details for these purchases, we’re unable to process refunds from our end. For any return or refund requests, we recommend reaching out to the respective marketplace’s customer support team.
Refunds typically take around 10-15 business days. Once your return reaches us and passes our Quality Check, we’ll kickstart the refund process. We promise it won’t take too long, and we appreciate your patience!
