Troubleshooting FAQ's

There is no steam coming from my STROM GO

Make sure it is plugged in properly and water tank is completely filled. Also make sure to wait 30 seconds for your STROM GO to heat up

My STROM GO is making a humming sound

Don't worry, this is completely normal. The sound you hear is the pump pulling up the water from the tank.

There are water droplets coming out of the head of my STROM GO

Wait for 30 seconds after you plug the STROM GO in. This is so that steamer can heat up properly.

When you first use it, you might notice some water droplets near the steam plate holes. This is normal condensation and nothing to worry about.

My STROM GO is getting wet

Make sure you properly inserted the water inlet cover after filling the water. This will ensure that there is no leakage of water.
