My STROM GO is not turning on

Check to see that your STROM GO is properly plugged in and that the power source is working

There is no steam coming from my STROM GO

Make sure it is plugged in properly and water tank is completely filled. Also make sure to wait 30 seconds for your STROM GO to heat up.

My STROM GO is making a humming sound

Don't worry, this is completely normal. The sound you hear is the pump pulling up the water from the tank.

There are water droplets coming out of the head of my STROM GO

Wait for 30 seconds after you plug the STROM GO in. This is so that steamer can heat up properly. When you first use it, you might notice some water droplets near the steam plate holes. This is normal condensation and nothing to worry about.

My STROM GO is getting wet

Make sure you properly inserted the water inlet cover after filling the water. This will ensure that there is no leakage of water.

Why does my STROM GO have water droplets in the tank?

This is completely normal. Every STROM GO is steam tested before it leaves us to make sure it works exactly the way it should. A few leftover water droplets are simply a sign that your steamer has already passed its quality check.

How long will my STROM GO run on a full tank?

The STROM GO will run for up to 8 minutes on a full tank. This can steam up to 1 full outfit.

What is the steam and power output of the STROM GO?

The STORM GO has a power output of 1000W and a steam output of 20g/minute.

Does my STROM GO work for both horizontal and vertical steaming?

Yes. The STROM GO is super flexible and double up as both a horizontal and vertical steamer. It's perfect for your last minute touch ups.

Does the STROM GO work with all fabrics?

Yes the STROM GO is suitable for all types of clothes but it never hurts to do a small patch test just to be sure. Try using the STROM GO on a hidden part of the garment just so make sure it can handle the steam. If all goes well, go ahead and steam your entire outfit!

What kind of water should I use to fill the water tank?

We recommend using distilled water for best results. High TDS/Hard Water can cause blocking in the steam vents and may leave marks on your clothes.

How long does STROM GO v2 run on a full water tank?

STROM GO v2 runs for up to 10 minutes on a full tank, allowing longer continuous steaming with fewer refills.

Can I steam one full outfit without refilling the water tank?

Yes, in most cases you can. STROM GO v2 is designed to steam a complete outfit in one session, depending on the fabric.

When should I use the fabric brush and how do I attach it safely?

Use the fabric brush to remove lint and smooth out thicker fabrics like wool and denim, as well as delicate fabrics like silk. Before attaching or removing the brush, make sure the steamer is turned off, has completely cooled down, and is not releasing steam. This helps avoid contact with hot water.
