Check to see that your STROM GO is properly plugged in and that the power source is working
Make sure it is plugged in properly and water tank is completely filled. Also make sure to wait 30 seconds for your STROM GO to heat up.
Don't worry, this is completely normal. The sound you hear is the pump pulling up the water from the tank.
Wait for 30 seconds after you plug the STROM GO in. This is so that steamer can heat up properly. When you first use it, you might notice some water droplets near the steam plate holes. This is normal condensation and nothing to worry about.
Make sure you properly inserted the water inlet cover after filling the water. This will ensure that there is no leakage of water.
This is completely normal. Every STROM GO is steam tested before it leaves us to make sure it works exactly the way it should. A few leftover water droplets are simply a sign that your steamer has already passed its quality check.

We recommend using distilled water for best results. High TDS/Hard Water can cause blocking in the steam vents and may leave marks on your clothes.

Yes, in most cases you can. STROM GO v2 is designed to steam a complete outfit in one session, depending on the fabric.
Use the fabric brush to remove lint and smooth out thicker fabrics like wool and denim, as well as delicate fabrics like silk. Before attaching or removing the brush, make sure the steamer is turned off, has completely cooled down, and is not releasing steam. This helps avoid contact with hot water.
