Ingredients

Step 1

Pat tofu dry using paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and spices.

Step 3

Add tofu cubes and toss gently to coat evenly.

Step 4

Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Step 5

Place tofu cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer.

Step 6

Cook at 190°C for 10–12 mins

Step 7

Grill till edges are golden and slightly crisp.

Step 8

Shake or flip halfway for even cooking.

Step 9

Serve hot.
