Can I replace the battery myself?
Yes. The PowerPod battery is user-replaceable. Keep a charged spare for extended use.
Why is there no speed indicator when using the Wet Mop attachment?
In mop mode, REN PRO runs at a fixed 100W power. Speed adjustment is disabled, and the indicator will not appear on the display.
My REN PRO is not working. What should I do?
This may be due to a blocked air duct or a clogged HEPA filter. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the user guide to identify and resolve common issues. If the problem persists after cleaning and checking all components, don’t worry — reach out to us and our Product Specialists will help you out.

What surfaces can REN PRO clean?
REN PRO is designed for multi-surface cleaning — including floors, carpets, sofas, curtains, mattresses, car interiors, and even delicate electronics using the right attachments
Is the REN PRO suitable for wet and dry cleaning?
Yes. Use the MopHead™ attachment (sold separately) for wet cleaning. For dry cleaning, use the standard brush heads like FloorGlider or CarpetMaster.
Are all attachments included in the box?
Most standard attachments are included. MopHead™ and DeepFix™ kits are sold separately.
Can I use REN PRO while it’s charging?
No, REN PRO is designed to power down while charging for safety reasons. However, you can purchase an additional PowerPod battery and keep it charged—just swap it in when the first one runs low to extend your cleaning time without waiting.
