FAQs
REN PRO comes with four modes: Adaptive, Eco, Max, and Turbo. It starts in Adaptive mode. Press the circle on your digital display once to switch to Eco, twice for Max, three times for Turbo, and once more to cycle back to Adaptive.
You can charge the PowerPod directly using the adapter or dock it with the main unit. A blinking green light means charging; a solid green light means it’s fully charged
Adaptive: 35–45 minutes of balanced cleaning Eco: Up to 60 minutes for everyday use Max: Around 40 minutes of powerful suction Turbo: About 18 minutes for quick, heavy messes
Yes, but only with the MopHead™ attachment. Wet cleaning is only possible with the MopHead™ attachment, which is designed with separate clean and dirty water tanks for safe use
Clean the HEPA filter every 2 weeks with mild soap and water to keep it performing at its best. Make sure it’s fully dry before putting it back. Depending on your usage and maintenance, the filter will need to be replaced every 3–6 months.
This is the Siphon Mode, made especially to clean out the roller when the Wet Mop is attached. For about 6 seconds after shutdown, suction ramps up to pull out any leftover dirt so the roller stays clean and ready for next use
We don’t recommend adding cleaning agents to the Wet Mop’s tank - use only clean water. If you’d like to use a cleaner, sprinkle it directly on the floor first, then run the Wet Mop over it
The main body is 1.8 kg, the LED Roller Head 0.9 kg, and the FlexiStick™ 400 g, with other attachments ranging from 100–200 g. The MopHead ™ weighs 2 kg. Because the LED Roller Head and Wet Mop stay on the floor while cleaning, you won’t feel their weight in hand. For overhead use, the weight is capped at just 2.1 kg, making it light and comfortable to handle.
Yes — REN PRO runs on a swappable PowerPod™ battery. Keep an extra one charged to extend your cleaning time without interruptions
The display has two red error symbols;
First, check the adapter — the red light should be on to confirm it’s working. Then look at your PowerPod: Blinking green light: charging in progress Solid green light: fully charged
Check the FlexiStick™ and roller for any blockages. Empty the dust container and wash the HEPA filter to keep airflow clear and suction strong.
