Ingredients

Step 1

Mix paneer with oil, salt, and spices until evenly coated.

Step 2

Place paneer in air fryer basket in single layer.

Step 3

Cook using Grill preset till edges are golden.

Step 4

Cook at 180°C for 10–12 mins

Step 5

In a bowl, add rice, paneer, and vegetables.

Step 6

Top with yogurt or sauce and serve.
