Ingredients

Step 1

Add sliced onions to a mixing bowl and sprinkle salt. Let rest for 2–3 minutes to release moisture.

Step 2

Add besan, rice flour, chilli, coriander, ajwain, and spices.

Step 3

Mix well and add small amounts of water to form a thick mixture that holds shape.

Step 4

Take small portions and place loosely in the air fryer basket.

Step 5

Lightly brush or spray oil on top.

Step 6

Air fry till crisp and golden, flipping halfway for uniform crispiness.

Step 7

Cook at 180°C for 12–15 mins
