Ingredients

Step 1

Wash and peel lotus stem and slice into thin rounds.

Step 2

Pat dry completely to remove moisture.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix lotus stem with oil, salt, and spices.

Step 4

Toss well to coat evenly.

Step 5

Place slices in air fryer basket in single layer.

Step 6

Cook at 180°C for 10–12 mins

Cook till crisp and golden.

Shake basket halfway through cooking.

Serve hot.
