My KRUSH isn’t turning on. What should I do?
Ensure it’s properly plugged in, the power switch is pressed, and there are no power interruptions. Double-check that the lid is properly secured and you’re pressing it down correctly. If it still isn’t working, inspect the power cord for any loose or damaged connections.
My KRUSH suddenly stopped working. What happened?
KRUSH has a built-in safety system to protect the motor from overload. If it stops, the thermal overload protector likely activated. Unplug the blender, ensure the jar isn’t overfilled, and check that the blade assembly is clear of large food debris. Let the blender cool for about 1 minute, allowing the thermal protector to reset, and then resume blending
My KRUSH is making abnormal sounds.
Unplug the blender and check for any objects caught in the blades. If you find something, carefully remove it, give the jar a shake, and then continue blending.
My Go Jar is leaking.
