Ingredients

Step 1

In a bowl, mix flour, curd, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2

Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.

Step 3

Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Divide dough into small portions and roll into oval naan shapes.

Step 5

Sprinkle garlic and coriander on top and press gently.

Step 6

Place naan in air fryer basket.

Step 7

Bake till cooked through and golden spots appear.

Step 8

Remove and brush with butter before serving.

Step 9

Cook at 180°C for 6–8 mins
