Ingredients

Step 1

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, rice flour, mustard seeds, curry leaves, salt, and spices.

Step 2

Mix well to form firm mixture.

Step 3

Shape into small bite-sized balls.

Step 4

Place in air fryer basket and lightly brush oil on all sides.

Step 5

Cook at 190°C for 10–12 mins

Step 6

Cook till golden and crisp on outside.

Step 7

Shake or flip halfway for even cooking.

Step 8

Serve hot.
