Ingredients

Step 1

In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cornflour, chilli, coriander, salt, and spices.

Step 2

Mix well to form a firm dough-like mixture.

Step 3

Divide into equal portions and shape into flat round tikkis.

Step 4

Place tikkis in air fryer basket and lightly brush oil on both sides.

Step 5

Air fry till crisp and golden brown, flipping halfway for even cooking.

Step 6

Cook at 180°C for 12 mins
