Ingredients

Step 1

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onion, green chilli, coriander, salt, and spices until evenly combined.

Step 2

Spread the filling evenly on one bread slice and cover with another slice to form a sandwich.

Cut diagonally to form triangles.

In another bowl, prepare a thick batter using besan, rice flour, ajwain, salt, and water.

Dip each sandwich into the batter and coat evenly on all sides.

Place coated sandwiches in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.

Lightly brush or spray oil on both sides.

Air fry using Crispy Fry preset till golden brown and crisp, flipping halfway for even cooking.
