How long does the NUUK REN GO last on a single charge?

The Ren GO has 2 suction modes, Eco and Turbo. In Eco mode the REN Go runs for 20 minutes on a single charge. In Turbo mode, the REN Go runs for 12 minutes on a single charge.

Can I use the NUUK REN GO while it’s charging?

No, the REN GO does not work while it’s charging. This is a safety feature to prevent overheating and deterioration of the motor.

Can I charge the NUUK REN GO with any Type-C charger?

We recommend using the REN GO with the Type-C charging cable present in the package. In case you misplace the Nuuk charging cable, you can use a USB-A to USB-C cable.

What is the suction power of the Nuuk REN GO?

The REN GO has 2 suction levels, Eco and Turbo. Eco mode has a suction power of 8 kPa while Turbo mode has a suction power of 11 kPa.

My NUUK REN GO is not working

Make sure the battery of the REN GO is charged. You can check this using the battery level indicators that are present on the vacuum. The lowest level indicator will blink when the battery level is low. You should also ensure that the REN Go is not charging while you are trying to use it.

The battery indicator is not lighting up while the NUUK REN GO is charging

Make sure that your Type-C charging cable is securely inserted into the charging socket. Also, check to make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage indicated on the vacuum cleaner’s rating label (DC 5V⎓2A)

My NUUK REN GO turned off during use

The battery of your vacuum cleaner may be low. You can check this using the battery indicators.

The suction of my NUUK REN GO seems weak

Check the dirt collector to see if it’s full. A full can drastically reduce the suction power. Inspect the filters to see if they are clogged or dirty. You can remove and wash the filters and then re-insert them into the vacuum. Please ensure that the filters are 100% dry before reusing them. Look for blockages in the nozzle or attachments and clear out any debris that you find.

Can I use the NUUK REN GO on liquids?

We do not recommend using the REN GO with liquids as it can damage the motor of the vacuum.

Can I wash the filters of my NUUK REN GO ?

Yes, both the steel filter and the HEPA filter are removable and washable. However, please ensure that the filters are 100% dry before re-inserting the filters into the vacuum.

How often do I need to change the HEPA filter of the REN GO ?

The HEPA filter typically lasts for 6 months and is washable. We also recommended washing the HEPA filter every 3-4 weeks. Make sure the filter is completely dry before you put it back in the REN GO and start using it again.
