How long can I use my DRIP in one cycle?

You can use your DRIP continuously for up to 20 minutes. After that, let it cool down for 30 minutes before using it again.

What is the juicing efficiency of my DRIP?

DRIP has a juicing efficiency of more than 60% for oranges, though this may vary depending on the type of ingredients you’re using.

What is the juicing rate of my DRIP?

Your DRIP has a juicing rate of 132 ml/min,

How does DRIP (slow juicer) differ from a conventional centrifugal juicer?

Unlike centrifugal juicers that use high-speed blades to chop and spin, slow juicers like DRIP use Slow Squeeze Technology to mimic hand-squeezing. This lower-speed process reduces oxidation and heat, resulting in higher nutrient retention and fresher, longer-lasting juice.

There is excessive pulp in the juice.

Check the strainer: Ensure the strainer is properly installed and not clogged. Clean it thoroughly to improve juice extraction. Adjust ingredients: Use ingredients with higher water content, and adjust the size or type of ingredients if necessary.

My DRIP has a burning smell.

Check for overheating: Turn off and unplug the juicer. Allow it to cool down. A burning smell may indicate overheating due to overuse or an issue with the motor. Inspect for damage: Look for signs of damage to the power cord or motor. If you suspect a motor issue, contact customer support.

My DRIP is not producing juice.

Inspect the auger and strainer: Check if the auger or strainer is blocked or damaged. Clean or replace them as needed. Check ingredient preparation: Make sure ingredients are cut into small, manageable pieces and are not too large or hard for the juicer.

The juice flow is slow or blocked.

Clean components: Turn off and unplug the juicer. Disassemble and clean the feeding chute, auger, and strainer thoroughly to remove any pulp buildup. Check for blockages: Ensure there are no blockages in the feeding chute or strainer that could be restricting juice flow. Use proper ingredients: Avoid overly hard or fibrous materials that can clog the juicer. Cut fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces.

I am having difficulty inserting ingredients into the chute.

Check for jamming: Turn off and unplug the juicer. Inspect the feeding chute and auger for any jams or obstructions. Remove any blockages carefully. Feed ingredients properly: Use the provided pusher to guide ingredients into the chute. Don’t force items in, as this can cause jams or damage.
