Yes! While it's primarily designed for mattresses, REN BEAM can also be used on upholstery, pillows, baby cots and other soft furnishings.

Is the vacuum cleaner safe for all types of mattresses?

Absolutely. REN BEAM is safe for all mattresses, including memory foam, innerspring, and latex.

Do l need to clean the vacuum cleaner after each use?

Yes, it's recommended. Empty the dust container and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Make sure to check the filters and clean them as needed.

Will REN BEAM eliminate allergens from my mattress?

Yes, regular use of REN BEAM eliminates dust mites, allergens and other irritants in your mattress, improving your sleep environment.

My vacuum cleaner isn't turning on. What should I do?

First, ensure you are using a power socket rated for 220VAC. Make sure the plug is securely inserted and the power switch is turned on. Then, press the vacuum cleaner's power button to begin the cleaning process.

Why is my vacuum cleaner making an abnormal sound?

Check if the dust cup is full. Also, inspect the HEPA filter for any blockages and clean it following the instructions in the 'Cleaning Your Ren Beam' section

My vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working. What could be the problem?

This may be due to motor overheating, triggering the safety device (thermostat). Clean the dust cup thoroughly and check for blockages in the HEPA filter. Allow the motor to cool for 30 minutes before using it again.

The suction power of my vacuum cleaner has been reduced. What should I do?

Inspect the HEPA filter for any blockages and clean it if needed. Also, ensure that the dust container is free from dirt and debris.

My vacuum cleaner has a bad smell. How can I fix this?

Remove all dust and debris from the dust container, and clean the HEPA filter regularly to prevent odours from developing.

Why can't I see the UV lights when using the REN BEAM?

If you can’t see the UV light, try these steps: Flat Surface – Ensure the device is on a stable, firm surface. Press Both Tabs – The UV light only activates when both tabs are fully pressed. 90-Degree Angle – The device must be perpendicular to the surface. Safety Feature – If lifted or misaligned, the UV light won’t turn on.
