TROUBLESHOOTING FAQs
It's not really meant for little kids, you know? Like, the manual says kids under 5 shouldn't use it. And if kids are using it, make sure someone's watching them. Also, keep hair and loose clothes away from the fan so they don't get caught in it.
Okay, so the Nuuk BFF has a 3600 mAh battery. Now, how long it lasts depends on how you're using it, right? If you're using it on a low speed (like level 20), you're looking at around 10 hours without the IceTouch™ on, or about 2 hours and 10 minutes with it. Crank it up to level 40, and you'll get around 7 hours and 15 minutes without cooling, or 2 hours with it. At level 60, it's about 4 hours and 50 minutes without, or 1 hour and 45 minutes with. Level 80 gives you around 3 hours and 30 minutes without cooling, or 1 hour and 30 minutes with. And if you're going full blast at level 100, you'll get about 2 hours and 45 minutes without IceTouch™, or 1 hour and 20 minutes with. Just keep in mind that those times can change a little depending on how much you're using the IceTouch™ cooling.
Yes! The universal Type-C charging supports multiple power sources, including power banks, wall sockets, and laptops. However, do not use adapters that exceed the DC 5V 2A specification. For optimal performance, we recommend using the Nuuk Charging Cable included in the package.
When charging, the display lights up, and the % sign blinks slowly. Once the battery reaches 100%, the % sign remains solid.

TROUBLESHOOTING FAQs
If your Nuuk LĪT is not turning on it may be because it is not charged. In this case, use any Type-C charger to recharge the fan and try turning it on again after it is sufficiently charged.
Steps To use LĪT remote: Step 1: Press and hold power switch on the fan head for 2 seconds, the remote can only be used after the fan is switched on manually. Step 2: Make sure the PET film is removed from the remote. Step 3: Point the remote towards the fan head and is in the workable distance i.e. Less than 3 metres. Also ensure that there is no obstruction between the fan and remote. If you switch off the Nuuk LĪT from the power button at any point, you will need to press the power button again to ensure that the remote functions as normal.
This may be because your Nuuk LĪT is off or because the battery is not charged. Try turning it on by pressing the power button on the fan. If it is still not turning on, try putting it on charge using any Type-C cable. After it is sufficiently charged try turning it on again.
For a full charge you should charge your Nuuk LĪT for 6 hours.
It is possible that the Nuuk LĪT has been placed on an uneven surface or there is something stuck on the bottom of the fan that is causing the imbalance. Check the surface it is placed on and the base of the fan and make sure they are clear and level to ensure wobble-free cooling.
